Incense

It lingers my mind
and all shrines without fussing
between Ram & Rahim

It smells holy divine
fumes in random lines, colorful
like smoky pebbles.

    1. Me too but am selective about it. Strong smell puts me off. Thank you. I too was happy with the way pictures and prose came out and wondering if anyone else too liked it or not :)

  7. Beautiful...That's why they say a prayer from the heart rises like incense before God!

  8. Incense...you brought back a memory for me. Shared an office with a gal from Germany who was beyond a chain smoker. Because she knew the smoke bothered me ALOT (sneezing, sore throats etc.), she burned Incense ....guess she thought she was covering the smell, instead she was just making more smoke for me to deal with. When I'd get in my car to go home....I would try to leave the windows open to air myself out. A-Z

    1. Hmmm happens...But in our offices we aren't allowed to smoke inside work area and a separate zone is made for smokers at terrace. I too have allergy to smoke and passive smoking is really aweful for the things it do to you.

I am reminded of an arrogant colleague who was dropping me home and even though my request that I have allergy to smoke, he kept smoking haughtily all the way in car.
